Reviews and Ratings
First off, I have to say that the rooms at this hotel were a real letdown, especially considering how pricey they are. Even the 'heavenly bed' fell short of expectations, and everything felt cramped and uncomfortable - the chairs, the bed, even the bathroom was tiny with virtually no space to place anything except a small shelf above the faucet. On the positive side, the room was actually quite spacious, which made spreading out a bit easier.
I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. While the rooms were nice, they felt a bit small for my expectations as a Gold Starwood's member. The service was friendly but somewhat rushed at times. The location was convenient for getting a quick coffee in the morning, but the size was a bit small overall. The dining was good but not exceptional, with a nice selection of breakfast items. The facilities were satisfactory, though some areas felt outdated.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, but it was so cold I could hardly sleep. The service was professional and helpful, especially Alla who made our event seamless. The location was very nice and convenient for my needs, but the dining options were not as robust as expected. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel offered clean and comfortable rooms, but they were quite small and lacked adequate space to store belongings. The service was a mix of unprofessional and truly top-notch, meeting Westin standards. The location was convenient with pleasant amenities nearby. The dining experience was fantastic for breakfast, making it a highlight. Overall, a stay with both positives and negatives.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the rooms were quite spacious, they fell short of expectations considering the premium price paid. The 'heavenly bed' didn't quite live up to its name, but the prospect of having brunch the following day was a nice touch. The only downside was the lack of a proper fridge for storing food, although the cooling fridge was perfect for chilling a bottle of champagne.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms had 2 queen beds plus a pull-out couch, but mine was not ready upon arrival. The cooling fridge was ideal for chilling a bottle of champagne but not so great for storing food. However, the brunch the day after the affair was a nice touch.
