First off, I have to say that the rooms at this hotel were a real letdown, especially considering how pricey they are. Even the 'heavenly bed' fell short of expectations, and everything felt cramped and uncomfortable - the chairs, the bed, even the bathroom was tiny with virtually no space to place anything except a small shelf above the faucet. On the positive side, the room was actually quite spacious, which made spreading out a bit easier.
Rooms
5.0
The rooms were a disappointment in terms of size and comfort.
Service
9.0
The service here was top-notch. The staff was incredibly polite, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure our large party of guests and events ran smoothly. From room service to housekeeping, everyone was so accommodating and attentive.
Location
8.0
The location was spot on for my needs. It was convenient to access, close to attractions like the Blue Morel at the Westin Governor Morris, and offered easy reach to State Highway 24, Short Hills Mall, and Newark Liberty Airport. Despite the hot weather, the location served its purpose well.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was outstanding and truly complimented an already incredible wedding day. The variety of choices and quality of food truly made it the cherry on top. While the homemade jams were a nice touch, I felt there could have been more variety overall.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel facilities were average and served their purpose adequately.

I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. While the rooms were nice, they felt a bit small for my expectations as a Gold Starwood's member. The service was friendly but somewhat rushed at times. The location was convenient for getting a quick coffee in the morning, but the size was a bit small overall. The dining was good but not exceptional, with a nice selection of breakfast items. The facilities were satisfactory, though some areas felt outdated.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, but it was so cold I could hardly sleep. The service was professional and helpful, especially Alla who made our event seamless. The location was very nice and convenient for my needs, but the dining options were not as robust as expected. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

The hotel offered clean and comfortable rooms, but they were quite small and lacked adequate space to store belongings. The service was a mix of unprofessional and truly top-notch, meeting Westin standards. The location was convenient with pleasant amenities nearby. The dining experience was fantastic for breakfast, making it a highlight. Overall, a stay with both positives and negatives.

My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the rooms were quite spacious, they fell short of expectations considering the premium price paid. The 'heavenly bed' didn't quite live up to its name, but the prospect of having brunch the following day was a nice touch. The only downside was the lack of a proper fridge for storing food, although the cooling fridge was perfect for chilling a bottle of champagne.
Rooms
7.0
The rooms were really big and somewhat of a letdown for the premium pricing. The 'heavenly bed' wasn't as heavenly as expected, but the idea of a post-event brunch was a nice gesture. The cooling fridge, while not ideal for food storage, was great for keeping drinks cold.
Service
6.0
The service at the hotel was a bit hit-or-miss. While some staff members, like Alla, were helpful and had a welcoming smile, others appeared rude and abrupt. Overall, the service was decent but not entirely consistent with the Westin standards I had experienced before.
Location
8.0
The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs, being very close to downtown Morristown and a small shopping center. It was convenient for accessing the Morristown/Florham Park area and also offered easy travel options to Short Hills Mall and Newark Liberty Airport.
Dining

The dining experience at the hotel was outstanding, especially after an incredible wedding day/night. The breakfast was amazing, with a variety of fresh options like berries, bacon, eggs, sausage, and French toast. However, the dining options overall were not as robust as expected from a Bonvoy hotel.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel facilities were pretty good overall, with notable highlights being the excellent dining options and the spacious rooms. However, the lack of a proper food storage fridge in the rooms was a downside.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms had 2 queen beds plus a pull-out couch, but mine was not ready upon arrival. The cooling fridge was ideal for chilling a bottle of champagne but not so great for storing food. However, the brunch the day after the affair was a nice touch.

The service was a bit disappointing. They asked us to leave the restaurant for only having coffee. Though not very apologetic, they eventually offered fresh sheets. However, the staff was friendly once we engaged with them.

I enjoyed the Sunday brunch. The spread was not as robust as other Bonvoy hotels, but the fresh berries, bacon, eggs, sausage, and French toast were delightful.
